Introduction to Roman Numeral System

The topic i chose today is one of my favorite topics in mathematics. What do you think which numeral system most is in use? I have already asked you learn algebra, learn prime numbers and many more such topics just look at today's topic. It is interesting as the others or may be you find it more interesting compared to these topics.

Roman numerals are a numeral system of ancient Rome based on letters of the alphabet, which are combined to signify the sum of their values. The Roman numeral system is decimal but not directly positional and does not include a zero. The Roman numeral system is written by letters. The letter may be in either upper or lower case.

I = 1
V = 5
X = 10
L = 50
C = 100
D = 500
M = 1000
